Acquisition Funding- Minimum of USD 100,000,000 We would consider any acquisitions project, one project at a time, provided that it is for USD 100 million and up, and that the project's Business Plan, Executive Summary, up to 10-year Financials, recent appraisal, copies of permits/approvals, etc, are in place, appropriately updated, written in English and all numbers expressed in US Dollars only, and can be submitted via email/attachment to us. We would also accept acquisition projects below USD 100 million. However, ONLY with loan requests of USD 100M+ would the loan officer be able to provide the client with a CD, should the project require additional collateral. This program is being provided to the client at NO cost PRIOR to loan settlement, and full details on how the CD program works will be provided to any client whose project may so qualify. These acquisition projects could be of existing Hotel/Motels/Restaurants, Casinos Resorts, Shopping Centres, Housing/Office/Apartments, Theme Parks, acquisition(s) of existing mining/oil Corporations, Convention Centres, Sports Arenas, Mines, etc., located in the US, Canada, or Mexico, or in any other politically and economically stable country, except certain Middle East and African countries, Cuba, etc. Funding will be prompt, at very reasonable terms; Principal and Interest will have to be repaid. There are NO fees, charges or costs of any kind prior to loan settlement. Funding will be via a Bank, therefore any projects' Financials must conform to their requirements, ratios, etc. Success fee can be up to 3% of total funding, payable in full upon closing, and is non-negotiable. Should any client no be agreeable to the payment of the fees due, we would not be able to consider his/her project(s) for funding. When the required documentation and information has been received and reviewed by us/Nomis Management Inc., and provided that the project(s) has merit, we will put you direct with the Loan Officer, who is located in the US, to discuss the project(s) by way of telephone interview. If accepted, he will then put you direct with the Bank, to whom you will forward all the appropriate updated documentation and material. Provided that they do not find anything that could scuttle the deal, funding may take place promptly after receiving the Bank’s approval and/or when all the sellers/purchasers’ subjects have been removed.
