We will negotiate the commission with you depending on the nature of the project - but it will never be more than 2% of the value of contracts, sales or purchases arising from sources referred to by BlackBean Communications Ltd.

• Upon receipt we will give you our feedback and proposal and e-mail you a suggested, simplified, posting, non-circumvention and fee agreement
• If you agree just return fax us a signed, dated copy of the agreement
• We will countersign the agreement and return fax a copy for your information
• Then you can e-mail us more information that may be necessary to prepare your notice and we will post it here. ADDITIONALLY, we will communicate with known contacts who may have an interest in your product, service or need
• We will refer all enquiries to you for your decision on whether you wish to proceed or not. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN CONTROL OF THE DECISION. We will not screen such enquiries so you can determine whether or not the proposals, offers or responses fit within your normal business practices
• When contracts arise - the agreed-to BlackBean commission is due within 15 days of the closing, signing of the agreement, or payment for the transaction - whichever comes first
