"New Oil & Gas Technology": ... to increase
production from marginal production wells.
Notice sponsor works on behalf of USA Group which owns
new Oil & Gas Technology that increases production from marginal production
Oil & Gas wells. Notice sponsor reports that they "...have in-depth Due Diligence made by
a Consulting & Geologist Group ....Dated :October 13, 2003..."
THE TECHNOLOGY:
...In conclusion, it is the author's professional opinion that the patented
technology has been demonstrated to be technically sound. The technology
will not always produce favorable results of increased oil and gas
production due to subsurface factors beyond the control of the technology.
If the reservoirs have been severely depleted or negatively impacted in some
manner, the technology will not benefit the operator. For the most part, the
technology should perform favorably in most oil and gas wells that have
potential for improved reservoir characteristics. In conjunction with well
planned and executed reservoir enhancement treatments, the technology
has been successfully demonstrated to enhance oil and gas production in
wells that otherwise were under performing. While there is a need for
refinement of the technology through continued research and development, it
is my opinion that the technology has substantial value as a relatively
low cost means of enhancing oil and gas production in the U.S. and the oil
producing nations of the world.
This project has resulted in an updated evaluation of the technology
market viability and concludes that:
- the technology can reliably
attain the market place driven goal of enhanced oil and gas productivity;
and
- the market place will respond to the technology if it is
reasonably priced.
We provide proprietary oil services and solutions for Energy Production
Enhancement in the areas of Satellite Communications and patented
Drilling Technologies. We have developed unique, high quality and cost
effective satellite communication capabilities that provide Energy Companies
access to remote sites. The Company's key focus is on monitoring and control
of applications involving Control and Data Acquisition
implementations in the areas of oil and gas exploration, production, power
distribution and other energy management applications. In the U.S. and
Canada, we provide oil and gas companies with a patented
service utilizing specially fabricated mobile drilling rigs. These services
have had more than a decade of proven success in dramatically increasing the
production of oil and gas wells.
Our Technology includes a family of drilling
technologies centered around the use of fluid-jet drilling techniques for
secondary recovery of the in place petroleum reserves on existing wells.
These technologies allow a series of laterals to be drilled horizontally out
into the pay zone of an existing well.
Our services target the estimated 2+ million existing oil and
gas wells in North America 5800 feet deep and shallower. With the use of
our technology oil that otherwise would have remained beyond the reach of
conventional technologies can now be recovered efficiently and economically.
In most cases production recovers to a point at or exceeding that of the
wells initial production. This enables drilling farther into the strata and
costs are an order of magnitude less expensive than current drilling
techniques.
In addition to drilling services, we also offers peripheral well
stimulation services. The injection of liquid CO2 into the well after the
drill is completed has two major benefits:
- CO2 acts as a
detergent to clean to petroleum baring strata, and
- CO2 raises the
down-hole pressure in the well, thus forcing more petroleum out of the
petroleum baring strata.
With conventional drilling the transition from drilling vertically
to horizontal drilling may take 200 feet or more and take days to
accomplish. We, with our patented technology, can make this transition in 2
feet instead of the industry normal of 200 feet and do it in a matter of
minutes not hours. This enables us to be extremely precise in targeting
specific pay zones for a significant enhancement to the production of the
well.
Many of the nation's old oil and gas fields contain new infield reservoir
compartments and bypassed reservoirs that have never been economical to
produce. Our Technology will make it economically viable to produce from
those reservoirs for the first time.
Our drilling techniques utilize patented technology in the areas of
the design and manufacture of the Deflecting Boot and the process of high
pressure waterjet drilling.
Our Technolohy works on both new and existing wells. Where
drilling performs best, though, is on depleted wells that are ready to be
capped because they are no longer economically viable. This negates the
continual need for new explorations and drilling. Fields that are ready to
be deserted and have about 80% of the reserves still in ground can be
maximized to pull another large portion of the in ground reserve.
Our Technology can expand the production area within a given
field. An average well will pull petroleum from an area of up to 120 feet
from the well bore. However, each extends up to 300 feet from the
well bore, thus increasing the area of production several fold.
Traditional well bore configuration pulling from 120 feet equates to a total
volume of pay zone of 271,296 cubic feet. Each lateral of 300 feet will pull
from over 360,000 cubic feet. That's 1,440,000 cubic feet on four
laterals....
Features of our technology include:
- The technology is portable and easily moved from well to well. Setup in
less than 4 hours
- The drilling process is fast. Average time the rig is on the well is
only two days
- Cuts a two (2) inch diameter hole horizontally up to 300 feet from the well
bore
- drill can jet 4 channels in any direction
Benefits of The Technology
- Increase production rate and recoverable reserves from marginal wells
- Improves injection rates in water disposal/injection wells
- Allows directional treatment of wells e.g. acid, steam, CO2, etc
- Allows multi-layer application in thicker reservoir zones
- Techniques most effective on old low productivity wells
- No need for large, expensive rotary rigs
- No mud pits that can damage the environment.
- No casing milling equipment necessary
- No additional stimulation required
- No logging expense required
- No need to change well-bore configuration
As an added enhancement we provide C02 injection into the well after the
drilling process is completed. This provides a 1000 to 1 ratio of
expansion in the zone to provide added drive pressure to energy production.
This process works extremely well in wells that have lost drive pressure but
still have a significant amount of oil and gas information.
Process...
The technology produces dramatic increases in yield through a unique form
of drilling. As I have mentioned, there
are apparently not a great many parties offering to fund the redevelopment
of fields on a percentage of yield basis. We will be glad to provide
introductions to all partners, complete technical disclosure, references and
all other necessary information ...after we have seen some brief information
on the wells in question.
Within three to five days of receipt of a
"package" on a subject well(s), we will issue a "Term Sheet" proposing a
rough transaction structure. If that structure is of interest, then we will
start the dialogue in earnest. If we choose not to issue a Term
Sheet or if after the Term Sheet is issued, the deal does not seem
attractive to your clients...then we have all saved a great deal of time.
There are no charges, deposits or fees of any kind. We will do the initial
analysis and issue a Term Sheet very quickly.
The "steps" in the process are.... explain to a client that you
may have identified a source for funding of the redevelopment of their
fields and that you need to submit a brief "package" on the field. The
"package" could be a single sheet of paper listing a few salient facts
regards the field. Any owner of substantial oil or gas assets will
understand that this a somewhat unique opportunity. They will also
understand the items we need in order to do a preliminary review ( site
history, how old, how many, what depths, geology, pressure etc). We will
then either issue a Term Sheet or explain why we can't.
Investment Funding and Completion Work
We may be willing to fund the redevelopment of your
wells and we may be able to structure a deal in which we earn money only as
a share in the proven increased production from existing wells.
Important items for consideration:
- You will achieve production that is not currently achievable
- You fully study and approve the process before you make a commitment
- The process is patented -- there is nowhere else you can go to access this
technology
- Actual reliable historical production increases
Getting Started:
All that's required to begin is a simple two-step process:
- You submit a brief "package" regarding your field. The package should
include information on site history, reserves, depths, pressure and geology,
electric logs, etc. We will work with the information you have on hand, (we
would be happy to execute any confidentiality agreements you may need).
- We issue a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for your signature. The MOU
will define preliminary terms under which we would proceed including sharing
of increased production profits, diligence, timing and contract issues.
In summary, we may even be able to provide you ways of sheltering you from
remediation liabilities. Many substantial oil and gas companies have already
taken advantage of this unique opportunity.
SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE YOUR SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM PROFITS WITH ABSOLUTELY
NO CASH OUTLAY AND NO RISK NO BURDEN OF DEBT -
IMMEDIATE INCREASES IN YOUR PRODUCTION AND PROFITS
We Guarantee
- Your well flow will increase, and
- No damage to your existing wells
