Financiers want to see your business plan, of course. They want to see it in the
traditional form that you are preparing it, yes. These days financier contacts are all
over the place. You may have some from California, others from Maine and
others from Thailand – all interested in your project. One way to make it easy for
them to all see what you have to offer, receive your business plan or summary and
hear your pitch is electronically via a secure ‘for their eyes only’ website.
We can create such a presentation site for you. We can totally control the servers so
that the site is only "up" during specific "window" periods.
We can control access through secure user names and passwords. The sight can
be as simple (HTML descriptions and downloadable PDFs of your summary and plan) or
as complex (with Flash animation, audio, video) as you like.
For those providing funding: A Real World Marketing Analysis.
Before spending millions in a new venture we will provide a marketing analysis of the
concept. This would include investigating the marketing for other similar products and/or
services, an overview of marketing trends within the demographic the new venture is
intended to reach as well as an independent, unbiased SWOT analysis (Strengths,
Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats) of the venture from a marketing perspective.
Payment for services can be handled in one of three ways:
- 1.) A flat fee
- 2.)A percentage share of the ventures earnings and/or funding
- 3.)A combination of a flat fee and a percentage share of earnings and/or funding
In other words, it’s possible we’ll do the whole job for no upfront cash if we feel
the venture is one with great marketing potential. We’ll lower our fee in return for a
smaller percentage of the earnings and or funding amount. Or, you may prefer to
simply pay for the service and not have to share a percentage of your earnings or
of the funding. The point is we’re willing to work with you.
